For as long as I can remember, I have been curious about people. Education was the place where my curiosity came to life professionally. Personal growth, positive relationships and supporting the development of others has always mattered to me.

I am an educator, a leader, a mentor, and a coach.

There are many ways we can work together, but it always begins with a conversation. You know what you, your team and your organisation are striving to achieve. My first job is to listen.

The teacher in me knows that learning and development must be personalised to audience and context. I love teaching and learning in both small and large groups. While my interactive approach aims for authentic engagement, I am also comfortable in the more formal content delivery zone.

With 35 years experience in the education sector, I come with an extensive toolkit of strategies, processes and frameworks. A solid foundation of executive leadership and continuous formation and learning shape my approach.
